O ne of the better things about living in The Great White North is that you are always offered cream with your coffee, which - with a nod to Mr. Lyle Lovett - is one of my favorite things. A while back, I found myself sitting in a local coffehouse, drawing on a napkin and gave life to a lonley little coffee cup, named, of all things, "Joe."
